Quick Broccoli Salad Recipe

1. First you need to make the dressing. In a bowl, add in the red wine vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Combine and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before making the salad.


2. Chop the broccoli by cutting the florets into small bite size pieces. Transfer them into a large bowl and add in the chopped onion, red pepper, cooked bacon and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.


3. Toss the broccoli mixture with the dressing you have just made 2 hours ago. Serve and enjoy!
